Rivermead is open from April until October. All our properties are available for stays between 2 and 14 nights, with flexible check-in/check-out days throughout the week.

Dogs

Dogs are restricted to just one of the caravans (Garrow) and the chalet (Pendrift), both of which have an enclosed garden. Only one dog is allowed per property. Bookings with a dog will be charged an additional £5 per day.

Booking information

• Adults-only / no groups: We are an adults-only holiday park and do not accept group bookings. No bookings under the age of 21.
• Accepted payment methods: We accept payment by Bank Transfer.
• Check-in/check-out times: Check-in is between 16:30 ­­– 19:00 and check-out is between 08:00 and 10.00. If you are likely to arrive/depart outside of these times, please let us know in advance and we will endeavour to accommodate your travel plans.
• Payment and cancellation policy: On booking, guests are required to pay non-refundable deposit of one night’s stay. The balance is required 28 days before your stay. The balance is non refundable after 28 days; however, if you need to change your booking, we will do our best to re-arrange your holiday to another date.
• No smoking/vaping: Smoking/vaping is not allowed inside any of our properties. Ashtrays are provided to use in the guest-designated garden area.
• Guest behaviour: Guests must be quiet between 23:00 and 08:00 and ensure they do not disrupt the comfort and enjoyment of other guests.
