About us

Hi, we are Toni and Dan Holmes and we run Rivermead Holidays.

We were born and raised in the West Country but like many others, we were drawn away to more central locations to further our education and careers. After many years away, during which time we started a family, our desire to return grew stronger and stronger until we finally made the move to Cornwall in 2022 with our two children and various pets.

We’ve been lucky enough to take over ownership of Rivermead Holidays, a well-established local business, and we haven’t looked back since!

We love Cornwall and feel very fortunate to live in such a beautiful part of the country. St Breward is a very friendly and welcoming village with amazing views and local walks, and the moor on our doorstep is wild and wonderful with horses, highland cows and sheep roaming freely. We are still exploring the area ourselves with so much more to see and share with our visitors.
